implementation=20 of current small schools and the design of future small

schools so that=20 BHS can meet the Board decision to enroll one-half of Berkeley =

High = School=20 students in small schools by the fall semester of 2005.

special ed.,=20 and low income) and raise overall student achievement.

GOAL III.=20 Physical Safety for students and staff. All students and staff =
